After-Hours Emergency Support
If you have concerns about your pet and are unsure whether the situation is urgent, please contact our VetWise Triage Line at 1-647-695-5411.
For a $35 triage fee, a Registered Veterinary Technician will assess your pet’s symptoms and guide you on next steps. If a telemedicine consultation is recommended, the triage fee is applied toward that appointment.
This service can help determine whether your pet can safely wait until we reopen, require a virtual veterinary visit, or should be seen at the nearest emergency clinic.
VetWise is also an excellent resource for exotic pets, as our in-clinic services are currently limited to dogs and cats.
