Payment
At Windrush Veterinary Services, payment is required at the time services are provided. As a small, locally-owned clinic, this allows us to focus our time and resources on delivering high-quality, personalized care to each patient. We believe in transparency and are happy to discuss the costs associated with your pet’s care. Written estimates are always available to help you make informed decisions about your pet’s treatment plan.
We accept Debit, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) and cash
HUMM Financing
We know that unexpected veterinary costs can be stressful, and we want to help make things easier for you. That is why we have partnered with a financing company to offer payment plans, giving you more flexibility to manage expenses. There is a $40 set up fee for this option but it can help spread the costs into smaller, more manageable payments.

Pet Insurance
Life with pets can be full of surprises — and while we hope for only the best, unexpected illnesses or injuries can happen. Pet insurance can help reduce the financial stress during those difficult moments, allowing you to focus on your pet’s care. At Windrush Veterinary Services, we support the use of pet insurance and encourage our clients to explore available options. We frequently work with providers such as Trupanion and OVMA Pet Health Insurance, and are happy to provide the documentation you need to submit claims.
